Pipeline Design

Onshore pipeline design for Pohokura development for STOS.

Oil Field Production Facilities

Oil and Gas Production Station. P&P provided the project management, design, procurement, construction supervision and commissioning for the Swift NZ Rimu development. This project included oil stabilisation, gas treatment and LPG extraction plant, well sites, gathering system, pipelines and LPG storage and load out and was designed and constructed in record time.

Gas Transmission Network Expansion

Northern System Gas Distribution Expansion project including two gas turbine driven compressors, new pipelines and custody transfer metering station for Natural Gas Corporation - Transmission. P&P provided design and construction supervision services.

Fuel Storage Facility

Bulk fuel storage and load out facility for a greenfield tank farm and pipeline design build project for Challenge NZ. P&P provided the design and construction support.

Process Plant

Molecular Sieve LPG drying system at Maui Production Station (Oaonui) for Shell Todd Oil Services. P&P provided design services.

Oil Field Production Station

Kaimiro Oil Field Production Station expansion including new compressors and oil handling facilities for Fletcher Challenge Energy Taranaki. P&P provided design and Project Management services.

Chemical Plant

Durene extraction plant for ICI NZ Ltd. Project management, conceptual and detail design, procurement, construction management and commissioning.

Chemical Plant

Urea Formaldehyde Resin Plant, greenfield project for AC Hatrick (NZ) Ltd. P&P provided civil structural and mechanical design and construction management. The same services were provided for the later development of a phenolic resin plant on the same site by P&P.

Steam Field Pipelines

Geothermal Steam Power Project. P&P designed the well sites, gathering, re-injection and in-plant pipeline systems as well as structural supports for the Mokai Power Station.

Pipeline Construction Management

Pipeline construction supervision and quality inspection for Petrocorp Waihapa to New Plymouth oil and gas pipelines.

Materials Handling and Access Platforms

Sunds Defibrator. Preparation of shop fabrication and assembly drawings for materials handling conveyors and forming lines for MDF board plants.
