New Zealand – Seismic Bracing & Supporting

P&P provides seismic support systems for the infrastructure of New Plymouth Base Hospital.

  • Multi-story riser support systems

  • Heavy-duty ground supports

  • Ceiling-mounted supports/seismic bracing

This involved the use of specialist processes and software, including:

  • Autodesk Revit as the primary design software

  • Participating in Building Information Modelling (BIM) coordination with other trades

  • Resolving detailed model clashes between services and supports/braces

  • Construction engineering support
